LIME ROCK — A 73-year-old driver died when his vintage race car crashed during a race Saturday at the Lime Rock Park Historic Festival in Salisbury, state police said.
Lee Duran, of Lyme, was driving his small, blue 1934 MG PA Special. During the race, police said, the car spun out of control and crashed. No other vehicles were involved. Police said Duran "succumbed to his injuries."
